文物特色

丹墀石长315厘米，宽130厘米，其中龙云浮雕宽100厘米，上面所刻的二龙戏珠图，形态逼真。

历史溯源

此丹墀原为安佑宫前龙云丹陛台阶石，今有一块在北京大学西校门内办公楼前，一块在颐和园东宫门入口。北大龙云石为载涛购得。墀指古代皇宫前面的台阶，丹即红色。

Distinguishing Features

It is 315 centimeters in length and 130 centimeters in width, which has an embossment of 100-centimeter wild dragon cloud. The two dragons playing with a pearl are true to nature.

History

They were stone steps in front of AnYou Palace. Now there is one in front of Office Building inside the west gate of Peking University, bought by ZaiTao, and the other is in east entrance of the Summer Palace.
